What Is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is an award-winning therapeutic approach developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer. It works by accessing the subconscious mind to identify and reframe the root causes of your struggles — not just the symptoms.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, which can take months or years, RTT typically produces powerful results in just 1 to 3 sessions. By combining hypnotherapy with elements of psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, and neuroscience, RTT creates lasting change at the deepest level of the mind.

The Process
Each RTT session follows a structured process designed to create rapid, deep, and lasting transformation.
We begin with a thorough consultation to understand your goals, history, and what you want to achieve. This sets the foundation for your personalized session.
Using guided hypnosis, we access your subconscious mind to identify the root cause of your issue — the original event or belief that created the pattern you're experiencing today.
Together, we reinterpret those past experiences from an empowered adult perspective, releasing the emotional charge and replacing limiting beliefs with new, supportive ones.
You receive a personalized audio recording created specifically for you, reinforcing your new beliefs and embedding the transformation into your subconscious over 21 days.
We check in after your session to track your progress, answer questions, and ensure the transformation is taking hold in your everyday life.
Most clients experience significant, lasting change within 21 days of their session. Some issues resolve in a single session; others may benefit from 2–3 sessions.

Common Questions
Absolutely safe. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation — similar to being deeply absorbed in a book or movie. You remain fully aware and in control at all times. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.
Traditional hypnotherapy uses suggestion alone. RTT goes deeper — it combines regression to find the root cause, reframing techniques from CBT and NLP, and a personalized recording to reinforce change. It's a complete therapeutic system, not just relaxation.
